Dr. Pragati Chauhan is working actively in spearheading sustainability initiatives at Manav Rachna University, positioning the campus as a live laboratory for responsible innovation. At the forefront is Project SORT, a flagship waste management demonstration that integrates academic learning with real-world environmental practices. Beyond implementation, she is actively building collaborations, driving research, and supporting product development in sustainability—ensuring that institutional efforts translate into scalable models for community and industry impact.

Her sustainability leadership is complemented by her distinguished role as Professor at the School of Management & Commerce. A Delhi University alumna and UGC NET-qualified faculty, she brings expertise in Institutional Social Responsibility, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Family Business, and Entrepreneurship.

She heads the University’s Entrepreneurship Cell, fostering entrepreneurial mindsets through AICTE- and DST-funded initiatives and mentoring platforms such as the Young Tycoon Business Challenge (YTBC). Her international collaborations include BBW Hochschule University of Applied Sciences, Berlin, where she disseminates business simulation knowledge globally.

Certified as a National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) trainer, BYST National Mentor Panel member, Innovation Ambassador under the Ministry of Education’s IIC Council, and trained facilitator in Marketplace Simulations USA, Dr. Chauhan combines sustainability, entrepreneurship, and academic rigor. She is currently developing an entrepreneurial toolkit to equip students with interactive, joyful, and impactful business learning.
