Dr. P. Praveen Vijaya Raj is an accomplished academic and researcher whose career spans prominent international milestones across education, industry, and academia. He established his engineering foundation in India at Anna University before expanding his global exposure by earning a Ph.D. in Industrial Management from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan). His cross-border corporate experience includes managing critical production and planning operations at Jay Jay Mills Lanka Pvt. Ltd. in Sri Lanka. Now deeply embedded in management education, he has served on the faculties of premier Indian institutions—including IIM Jammu and IIM Raipur—and currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Operations and Supply Chain Management area at the K J Somaiya Institute of Management (India). Dr. Praveen leverages this diverse international background to advance research and teaching in Industry 4.0 technologies, blockchain-driven digital operations, smart contracts, and global supply chain resilience.
