Dr. Priya Solomon has more than 22+ years of experience in academics and related administrative work. as Head of Department,  Director , Controller of Examination,  Registrar along with handling the responsibilities as a Professor in reputed Universities of India – ATLAS Skilltech University( Mumbai ),Universal Ai University ( Mumbai), NMIMS (Mumbai) and Amity University (Noida). She is presently working at Universal Ai University

She is a Professor of Finance and  a seasoned academic leader with extensive experience in university administration, academic governance, accreditation, research, and teaching across postgraduate and doctoral levels. She has demonstrated capability in heading departments, managing examination systems, serving as Registrar, leading accreditation (NAAC, NBA, AACSB, ACBSP, IACBE, WASC), and driving quality assurance and IQAC initiatives. She has a research record with 30 Scopus-indexed publications, 63 Scopus citations, 139 Google Scholar citations, 37 journal papers (12 Scopus, 12 ABDC), 27 book chapters (17 Scopus-indexed), 6 Indian patents and 2 Australian innovation patents, and six  books in finance, management, and technology. She is a guide to doctoral scholars  and is on the editorial board of journals 

 Her research and teaching interest includes Corporate Finance, Fintech and Blockchain Applications in Finance, Securities and Portfolio Analysis, Behavioral Finance, Climate Finance, Sustainability/ESG/SDGs, and Carbon Credits.

 She is a trainer in Power BI, Excel, EViews, SEM-PLS, R Studio, Python, Tableau, and Financial Modelling and AI Tools (automation, advisory and documentation tools). She is humbled to be a receipient of many international and national awards
