
Professor Rachael Johnstone is Dean of Professional Education and Partnerships and Director of the Centre for Degree Partnerships at the University of Exeter, UK. She leads the University's professional education portfolio, including degree apprenticeships, executive education, and employer partnerships.
With experience across both further and higher education, Rachael specialises in employer-led curriculum design, workforce development, skills policy, and widening participation.
