A Post Graduate in Electronics Engineering. He started his career as a Technical Assistant in ISRO, Department of Space, Government of India. Later, he moved to teaching profession and served as Lecturer, Head of the Department and became Principal in Government Polytechnic Colleges of the Kerala state. He also served as Assistant Director at VHSE ( Vocational Higher Secondary Education) and Deputy Director at LBS Centre for Science And Technology, Government of Kerala. He also participated in the India-UK Higher Education Leadership Training program ( UKIERI) and India-Australia Vocational Education Leadership Training  ( VELT )projects. He is state resource person of RTI act and guest faculty at IMG. He has been actively participated in the curriculum development and training activities of the Department of Technical Education, Government of Kerala. He was instrumental in achieving NBA accreditation to the Kerala Government Polytechnic College, Kozhikode.

Holding PG Diploma in Career guidance and UNICEF Certified Career Guide, Mr.Rajeevan is having more than two decades of experience in  career guidance. He has successfully conducted more than 300 training classes for students, employees and youth. He has also participated in various TV programs related to the career guidance .

Mr.Rajeevan is currently serving as Chief Mentor in "Career Mentor" located at Vadakara, Kozhikode District, Kerala, India.
