With over 17 years of experience in academia, research, and institutional leadership, Dr. Rashima Mahajan works at the intersection of higher education, artificial intelligence, and governance. Currently serving as Dean IQAC and Professor at MRIIRS, she contributes to strengthening quality assurance, academic policy, and outcome-based education aligned with global standards. Her research in brain-computer interfaces, cognitive analytics, and applied AI is reflected in research publications, an Elsevier book, and eight patents. She has also led initiatives integrating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into curriculum, promoting responsible and inclusive education.
