Rauf Mammadov, is Deputy Director General of the International Cooperation Department at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) and a lecturer in the MBA program. He specializes in international higher education, project management, and education policy, with extensive experience leading EU and UK-funded initiatives, including Erasmus+, Jean Monnet, and British Council projects. Throughout his career, he has secured and managed over €1 million in international grant funding, developed dual degree programs, and led institutional internationalization initiatives. Rauf holds an MA in Education Policy Analysis from The George Washington University and an MBA in International Business from UNEC. His research and professional interests include higher education reform, grant management, strategic planning, and global partnerships.
