Ringo spent twenty years helping companies across Asia Pacific go digital. Along the way, the work kept showing him the same thing: the next generation would need something schools weren't teaching yet. That thought led to LexGo Academy, which he started with his cofounders. It teaches students from primary to secondary to think with AI, not just use it, through LexGuide, LexStory and LexBuild. 

He lectures at university, trains educators and professionals in AI, and sits on the board of an educational nonprofit. He is still learning alongside them, and hopes they go further than he ever did.
