Rita currently serves as the Senior Advisor for the Education Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. She served as the Innovation Consultant at the Catalyst @ Penn GSE Innovation Center at Penn GSE for eight years where  she co-lead the Milken Penn Business Plan Competition.  Additionally, she was the President of the Education Design Studio Inc Incubator (EDSi), a unique initiative funded in collaboration with the Milken Family Foundation & University of Pennsylvania.
