Roberto Razeto is Head of International Affairs and Ranking at Università IULM in Milan, where he leads international partnerships, institutional strategy and global engagement. He is also a long-standing consultant to the World Bank Group, working at the intersection of strategic communication, international cooperation, sustainability and climate action. With more than two decades of experience across higher education, multilateral institutions and international initiatives, his work has focused on building partnerships and programmes connecting universities, governments, international organisations, companies and civil society. He has contributed to projects involving the World Bank, UNESCO, FAO and other global institutions, with particular expertise in sustainability communication, climate change communication, youth engagement, information integrity and international education. Razeto holds a PhD in Cultural and Media Studies, with research focused on climate change communication, and coordinates IULM's Master in Communication for International Relations. His sustainability work has included climate diplomacy, educational programmes, stakeholder engagement, applied research and initiatives linked to major international processes and events, including the G7, Youth4Climate, COP-related activities and partnerships with universities and international organisations. His more recent research explores artificial intelligence, communication, digital ethics and global governance. He is co-author of Tomorrow's Voices: Artificial Intelligence, Communication, and the New Global Order, published by the Policy Center for the New South. His academic and professional interests centre on how innovation can strengthen education, sustainability, institutional capacity and international cooperation, with particular attention to measurable impact, responsible use of technology and the ability of projects to translate ambition into credible and scalable change.
