
Dr. Rosalie Sheryll Rosales is a research director, graduate
professor, and academic researcher with extensive experience in research
management, statistical analysis, research methodology, scholarly publication,
and institutional research development. She currently serves as Research
Director at WCC Aeronautical & Technological College, where she leads
research initiatives, strengthens institutional research systems, and supports
faculty and student researchers in developing methodologically rigorous and
relevant scholarly work.
Her teaching and research interests span quantitative, qualitative, and
mixed-method research, applied statistics, research innovation, artificial
intelligence in education, technology-enhanced learning, aviation and
multidisciplinary research, and evidence-based institutional development. As a
Graduate Professor in Statistics and Research, she guides graduate students in
research design, instrument development, statistical analysis, data
interpretation, and thesis and dissertation development.
Dr. Rosales is actively involved in research mentoring, technical and
methodological review, research ethics, faculty research capability
development, and scholarly publication. Her work emphasizes strengthening the
connection between research methodology, data-driven decision-making, and the
practical application of research findings within academic institutions,
industry, and communities.
She also contributes to academic and professional communities through research
conferences, faculty development initiatives, collaborative research
activities, institutional partnerships, and international academic engagements.
Her current work focuses on advancing research quality and utilization,
responsible integration of artificial intelligence in research and education,
interdisciplinary collaboration, and developing sustainable research systems
that support publication, innovation, and meaningful institutional and societal
impact.
