He currently serves as Senior Manager (Associate Director level) at the American University of Sharjah, where he leads global rankings strategy, institutional data analytics, and AI-driven digital transformation.

A Certified ISO 21001 Lead Auditor and recognized authority on international quality frameworks, Dr. Verma has directed accreditation journeys including NAAC A++ (Cycle 1) for FLAME University and NBA accreditation for four engineering programmes on the first attempt.
