Prof. Dr. Saida El Mendili is a Research Professor in Computer Science at Ibn Tofail University, Kenitra, Morocco. She currently serves as Director of the Scientific Research Support Center and Head of the Global Rankings Unit at the same institution.

With more than 14 years of experience in higher education administration, research management, and academic development, she has developed a strong expertise combining scientific research and institutional governance.

She is also an Associate Professor within the Engineering Science Laboratory at the National School of Applied Sciences, Kenitra.

Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, NoSQL databases, statistical data analysis, and Smart Cities, with a focus on data-driven approaches for sustainable urban development.

As Director of the Scientific Research Support Center, she leads initiatives aimed at enhancing research visibility, improving publication quality, and supporting researchers in publishing in high-impact international journals. As Head of the Global Rankings Unit, she works on benchmarking, performance analysis, and strategic actions to improve the university’s positioning in global rankings. She actively contributes to the international scientific community as a member of technical program committees and session chair in several international conferences.
