Dr. Sajid Ali Yousuf Zai is an educational researcher, psychometrician, trainer, and international consultant with over 13 years of experience in educational research, assessment, data analytics, and higher education development. He holds a PhD in Educational Statistics and Research Methods from the University of Arkansas, USA, specializing in advanced quantitative research, psychometrics, and educational measurement.

He has worked with national and international organizations including UNICEF, FBISE, HEC Pakistan, Pakistan Institute of Education (PIE), and Aflatoun International. His expertise includes educational technology, AI integration in education, research methodology, psychometrics, impact evaluation, and faculty development.

Dr. Sajid is the founder of TREAD Excellence (SMC-Private) Limited, focusing on research consultancy, professional training, educational innovation, and digital transformation initiatives. He has also played key leadership roles in international conferences, including IDCE 2025 in Bahrain, where he managed technical sessions, abstract review systems, and speaker coordination involving participants from multiple countries.

He regularly conducts workshops and trainings on AI in education, research methods, SEM, psychometrics, SPSS/AMOS/SmartPLS, academic publishing, and evidence-based teaching practices.
