
I’m passionate about teaching and engaging students in real-world, impact-driven projects that connect management education to societal change. My research explores how artificial intelligence, sustainability, and digital transformation shape employability, legitimacy, and learning in higher education. I co-authored After Generative AI: Preparing Faculty to Transform Education, Learning, and Pedagogy, which examines the ethical and pedagogical implications of AI in academia.
Beyond the classroom, I lead and collaborate on funded projects focused on AI policy, sustainable innovation, and the culture of student influencers across the UK and MENA. I also serve on university committees advancing AI strategy, curriculum innovation, and faculty development — all with the goal of preparing students and institutions for a tech-enabled, human-centered future.
