Samer Ajour has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from the American University of Science and Technology, an MBA and an MSc in Finance from Pompeu Fabra University and a PhD from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He worked as a credit risk analyst and report leader for Spain, the UK, the United Arab Emirates and other markets in EMEA. He teaches mathematics and finance at UPF. His active Research is the financial markets and SME performance.
