
Dr. Sana’a Al Reiahy is an Assistant Professor of Education and
Program Coordinator of the M.Ed. Educational Leadership Program in the College
of Arts, Education, and Social Sciences at Abu Dhabi University, a role she has
held since Fall 2024. She teaches and supervises graduate students in Educational
Leadership and Teacher Education.
Prior to joining ADU, Dr. Al Reiahy held senior leadership positions
across the UAE and Jordan. She served as Program Manager of the
Leadership and Coaching Programs and as Education Team Leader at Queen
Rania Teacher Academy, where she also chaired the Program Review Committee and
served on the Senior Leadership and Accreditation Committees. She worked as a Senior
Training Specialist designing national professional development programs,
and earlier as a School Principal leading whole-school improvement. She
has also served as a Bilingual School Inspector with KHDA (Dubai) and ADEK (Abu
Dhabi).
Dr. Al Reiahy holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction (with honors)
from the University of Jordan and a Certificate in Advanced Educational
Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Her research focuses
on Curriculum and Instruction, STEAM pedagogy, educational leadership, and
school improvement.
