Sikandar Sethi is Director of the International Office at the University of Central Punjab (UCP) in Lahore, Pakistan, one of the country's largest private universities. He brings over 16 years of progressively senior experience in international higher education administration, spanning academic registry, quality assurance, campus operations, and internationalization strategy across Pakistan and the UAE.

At UCP, Sikandar established the International Office from the ground up and leads the university's global partnership strategy, including the UCP International Hub initiative, which is developing 2+2, 3+1, and 1+1 progression degree pathways with top 500 globally ranked universities. His work has included securing a Rs. 14 million British Council mobility grant with the University of Central Lancashire under the PAK-UK Education Gateway Mobility Project, launching UCP's first Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) programme with the University of Salford, and hosting the NAPRECA Winter School, the first time the programme was held outside Africa.

Earlier in his career, Sikandar held senior registry and quality assurance roles at Roots IVY International Schools and Colleges and The Millennium Universal College (TMUC), and managed procurement and operations for Repton School and Foremarke Hall in Dubai. He holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham, UK, and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Agriculture University, Faisalabad.

Sikandar has served as a judge for the QS Reimagine Education Awards for the past three years, and is passionate about advancing academic and administrative excellence in the higher education sector.
