Dr. Snow Wang is the Head of Institutional Research and Branding Office at Lingnan University in Hong Kong. She has worked extensively in university rankings and research performance evaluation in Mainland China, Hong Kong and New Zealand. She has worked as the Ranking Director at Shanghai Ranking and was in charge of developing, computing, and publishing all rankings at Shanghai Ranking, including the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU). In her previous roles at Hong Kong Baptist University and Massey University in New Zealand, she worked closely with leadership teams to influence the understanding and implementation of research assessment in higher education and foster research engagement initiatives, thereby contributing to the advancement of higher education and research impact.
