Dr. Srishti is an Assistant Professor at the University of Southampton (Delhi). She possesses over 12 years of experience in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence across teaching, research, and academic leadership. She holds an M.Tech from Delhi Technological University and a Ph.D. from the University of Delhi in Natural Language Processing.

Her research spans healthcare AI, multimodal sentiment analysis, fake news detection, explainable AI, and computational linguistics. She has published extensively in leading international journals and conferences and holds patents in AI-driven healthcare and intelligent systems. She has also led international AI research projects and completed an industry consultancy with Volkswagen on LLM-based multimodal AI chatbot development.

Dr. Srishti serves on the Editorial Board of Scientific Reports (Springer Nature journal) and has held global leadership roles with the IEEE Computer Society, receiving the IEEE Computer Society Executive Leadership Award in 2024
