I am Sudhir Rama Varma, Clinical assistant professor at the college of dentistry, Ajman University. I have been providing didactic course delivery and clinical supervision for dental students both undergraduate and graduate for the past twenty years. Since 2015, i have been involved in medical education and have contributed to the development of educational objectives of my college. Currently i am the chair of the assessment and continuous improvement committee of my college providing support and guidance to my colleagues. My role encompasses a broad range of educational related activities such as curriculum design, evaluation, assessment design and implementation, evaluation of weightage, designing rubrics, assessing feedback and preparing policies both for direct and indirect assessment tools.
