Currently serving in senior leadership roles at Sharjah Education Academy, leading strategic initiatives that support educational quality, compliance, workforce development, institutional improvement, and regulatory readiness across educational institutions. Extensive experience working with educational authorities, government entities, international organizations, and school leaders to develop quality frameworks, compliance systems, inspection-informed professional development programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Tahani Awad is a senior education leader, consultant, and professional learning expert with more than 25 years of experience in educational leadership, school improvement, quality assurance, inclusion, inspection, accreditation, and professional development.

She currently serves as a Senior Master Trainer and Senior Consultant in School Improvement, Educational Leadership, and Internal Quality Assurance at Sharjah Education Academy (SEA), where she contributes to strategic initiatives, leadership development, teacher professional learning, inclusion, and quality improvement across the education sector.

Tahani has worked with leading national and international education organizations, including UNICEF, Queen Rania Academy, UNRWA, and CADER, and has collaborated with universities and international partners on educational leadership, inclusion, and school improvement initiatives. Her expertise spans inclusive education, educational accountability, regulatory compliance, institutional quality, leadership development, and evidence-informed improvement.

She is particularly passionate about advancing inclusive and future-ready education systems, empowering educators as leaders of change, and connecting research, policy, and practice to create meaningful impact for learners.
