invaluable experience in business and education, he brings a unique blend of
academic excellence and industry leadership. His professional journey began as
a Business and Financial Consultant, where he actively contributed to
consultancy projects for prominent multinational enterprises, including Chee Wah
Corporation Berhad and International Business Machines Corporation (IBM).
Academically, Lim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, a Master’s degree in
Information Technology, and a Doctorate in Business Administration. He is also
a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management and an affiliate of the
Chartered Institute of Management in the United Kingdom, underscoring both his
professional commitment and global recognition. Within academia, Lim has
demonstrated a profound dedication to nurturing future business leaders. His
contributions include supervising students’ dissertations, leading industry
consultancy projects, and teaching undergraduate courses. His holistic approach
