I am Tisha Khandokar, a software engineer, global innovation strategist, and a passionate advocate for democratizing tech education.

My journey into international innovation began as the Team Leader of Team Diamonds, where we became Global Champions at the NASA Space Apps Challenge, outscoring over 5,100 competing teams from 162 countries. Driven by a mission to turn complex cosmic data into scalable learning tools, I engineered Diamond In The Sky—an interactive, game-based learning application designed to foster early scientific curiosity, cognitive development, and critical thinking skills in children.

My dedication to intersectional development and educational accessibility led to my selection as a Delegate for the World Bank Group Youth Summit 2026. At the World Bank Headquarters in Washington, D.C., I had the privilege of presenting a case study focused on leveraging interactive technology to bridge educational divides in marginalized communities.

As an experienced evaluator of global human potential, I regularly lend my expertise to top-tier youth competitions, serving as a judge for the Conrad Challenge and the NASA Space Apps Challenge.
