
Tisha Khadokar is a NASA-recognized Software Engineer, Global Innovation Strategist, and international technology advocate dedicated to advancing the democratization of technology and education. Her work sits at the intersection of software engineering, educational technology, gamified learning, international development, and youth innovation, with a focus on transforming emerging technologies into accessible and scalable solutions with global impact.
Her international innovation journey was distinguished by her leadership as Team Leader of Team Diamonds, the Global Champion team behind Diamond in the Sky at the NASA International Space Apps Challenge 2022. Competing against more than 5,100 teams from 162 countries, Team Diamonds achieved the highest global recognition, establishing Diamond in the Sky as an internationally recognized educational innovation. Under her leadership, the team transformed complex space-science concepts and cosmic data into an interactive, game-based learning ecosystemdesigned to cultivate scientific curiosity, cognitive development, creativity, and critical thinking among children.
Her commitment to inclusive innovation and educational equity further led to her selection as a Delegate to the World Bank Group Youth Summit 2026. At the World Bank Headquarters in Washington, D.C., she presented a case study exploring how interactive technology can help bridge educational divides and expand access to meaningful learning opportunities for marginalized communities.
