Dr. Tan, Tse Guan serves as the Deputy Dean of Research, Entrepreneurship and Student Development at the Faculty of Creative Technology and Heritage, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), Malaysia. He has received numerous national and international awards and recognitions, including the Virtual Immersive Learning Experience Award, the Outstanding E-Learning Product/Project Award, and the Best Innovation, Invention and Design Award in Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). He has authored and co-authored more than 50 journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers. He has also served on the organising committees of numerous national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
