Dr. Ugwumsinachi Okorie is an entrepreneur, investor, venture builder, and ecosystem strategist focused on one defining question: how can African enterprises become more investable, scalable, and consequential?

He is Managing Partner of AM-Steve House Capital, a venture-building and investment organization, and Group CEO of Plexus Africa Group, where he leads ventures across agriculture, technology, finance, renewable energy, and other real-economy sectors. He is also the founder and venture builder behind Farmplexus, an agritech and data platform connecting smallholder producers to finance, inputs, knowledge, storage, and markets, and leads InvestoVilla’s Pipeline Development Program, designed to help African founders become more investment-ready.

Across his work, Dr. Okorie operates at the intersection of enterprise, capital, technology, and public policy. He has worked with entrepreneurs, investors, development institutions, and policymakers across Africa and has contributed to policy and ecosystem initiatives including Nigeria’s Startup Law and AfCFTA e-commerce dialogues. He represents AM-Steve House in the Finance and Inclusion Cluster of the African Union’s WYFEI 2030 initiative.
