Ulviyya Mirzayeva was born on April 22, 1982. She holds a higher education degree and has gained extensive professional experience through her work in various fields over the years.  Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in different professional sectors, contributing to the development of her expertise and organizational skills.  She is currently employed at Baku State University, where she continues her professional activities and contributes to the institution`s academic and administrative environment.
