Dr. Vaibhav Sharma is a distinguished academician, researcher, and leader in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, currently serving as the CEO of the IIMT Business Incubator Foundation. With over 14 years of dedicated association with IIMT University—transitioning from a student to a key administrative and research figure—Dr. Sharma brings a unique, 360-degree perspective to the evolution of higher education and institutional excellence.

Professional Leadership & Incubation

As the head of a government-backed incubation center, Dr. Sharma has been instrumental in mentoring over 150 startup ideas, bridging the gap between academic research and commercial viability. His leadership focuses on fostering sustainable innovation, particularly through state and national-level initiatives like the MSME Hackathons. His strategic oversight played a pivotal role in IIMT University being recognized as an "Institution of Happiness" at the QS I-GAUGE Conclave in 2025.
