Before entering academia, Dr. Venoth has gained rich industry experience from his career adventures in various fields, including customer service, quality management, communication, education, as well as training and development. Upon completing his PhD in Social Science from Universiti Malaya, Dr. Venoth started his academic career as a Senior Lecturer in INTI International University, during which he has taught subjects such as Design Thinking, Strategic Management, Media Literacy, Community Service etc. Upon a recent promotion as a QS Deputy Director, Dr. Venoth has been actively engaging in institutional advancement and external collaborations with various international institutions. A relevant example would be his active involvement in the QS India Summit in Goa in February 2026.
