Is a Telematics Engineer holding a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy and doctoral-level training in Educational Sciences. He serves as a professor of Environmental Management and Renewable Energy at Universidad del Caribe (UNICARIBE), as well as a full-time faculty member and Coordinator of the Physics Area and Laboratories at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where he also teaches Telematics Engineering.As a researcher, keynote speaker, and academic evaluator, he has participated in national and international projects on sustainability, energy transition, and educational innovation, promoting digital technologies and active science learning.
