As professionally trained in business, law and education, Vincent is a seasoned government official-turned strategic entrepreneur advisor and academic with profound policymaking and social impact.

He is currently Senior Lecturer and Specialism Coordinator (Educational, Administration and Management) at HKU Faculty of Education, where he teaches Edu-preneurship, Law, Strategic Leadership and Management in MEd.

He has qualifications in Business and Sustainability Leadership, Juris Doctor, and Doctor of Education, Vincent has the following scholarly or leadership positions at the University of Oxford:
