Winterson C. Ambion is a Filipino educator and researcher with interdisciplinary expertise in academic quality assurance, educational leadership, clinical psychology, legal studies, and data privacy. He is a Registered Psychometrician and Licensed Professional Teacher actively engaged in institutional development, accreditation, policy formulation, and evidence-based educational initiatives in a private higher educational institution in the Philippines. 

He has led and contributed to major institutional projects involving ISO 9001:2015 certification, PACUCOA accreditation, Philippine Quality Award (PQA) application development, CHED autonomous status application, and international recognition initiatives such as QS Reimagine Education Awards, WURI, and the International Green Gown Awards.

His professional and research engagements focus on psychology, educational quality systems, organizational development, and strategic planning. He is also actively involved in academic administration, faculty development, and the establishment of internal quality assurance mechanisms for both basic and higher education institutions.

Currently pursuing advanced studies in Multidisciplinary Research and Evaluation, Winterson advocates for transformative leadership, research-driven decision-making, and sustainable quality improvement in education.
