
Ya-Chen (Jane) Liu is an international executive education and business media leader, entrepreneur, and researcher specializing in the future of work, workforce innovation, and leadership development.
She is the Group Managing Editor of The European Business Review and ThinkMBA, platforms that connect business schools, academics, executives, and industry leaders worldwide through thought leadership, research, and executive education insights. Through her work, she has developed collaborations with leading business schools and management experts across Europe, USA, Asia, and beyond, helping to foster global dialogue on leadership, innovation, AI, and organizational transformation.
Jane holds an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration (EDBA) from HEC Liège Executive Education, Management School – Liège Université, Belgium. Her research focuses on open talent strategies, workforce flexibility, and organizational performance in the digital economy.
