
Yang Ni is the Founder and CEO of Perfects.AI (Symbiotic Future AI), an AI company exploring how human-centered artificial intelligence can transform education, professional services, and personal development.
He holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Management from the University of Melbourne. His work spans artificial intelligence, education, psychology, and human-computer interaction, with a particular focus on designing AI systems that better understand individual needs, intentions, and human potential.
Yang is an interdisciplinary researcher and entrepreneur whose peer-reviewed work on AI, mental health, and education has been published in international academic journals and presented at global conferences. His research has also been cited by organizations and media including the OECD and U.S. News.
Prior to founding Perfects.AI, Yang gained experience across international organizations, government, education, technology, and management consulting, including the International Crisis Group, New York City government, Pearson, Tencent, and other institutions. He has also spent more than a decade building social-impact and education initiatives.
As a QS Reimagine Education Awards Judge, Yang is particularly interested in innovations that meaningfully combine emerging technology with learning outcomes, human development, and the future of education.
