Dr Yuliana Topazly, MBE, is a Director of Strategic Partnerships at DOHE, EdTech Hub, and an Associate Professor of Enterprise and Innovation at the University of East London. She also serves on the techUK EdTech Council and is a member of the Advisory Board for the European EdTech Alliance and the Global EdTech Testbed Network (GETN).

An award-winning social entrepreneur, Yuliana is recognised for her work in empowering female entrepreneurs and the EdTech startup community. In recognition of her impact, Yuliana was awarded the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) for services to business and female entrepreneurship.

Passionate about EdTech and inclusive enterprise, Yuliana is currently leading initiatives to develop a global EdTech ecosystem, working to minimise barriers and maximise opportunities for EdTech founders around the world.
