Nurturing Employability Award
The Nurturing Employability Award recognises initiatives that strengthen the connection between learning and the labour market, demonstrating a clear and measurable impact on employability outcomes.
The category focuses on how skills, competencies, and personal attributes are translated into workforce readiness, including how learners are prepared for employment, how employers identify and assess desired capabilities, and how education aligns with real workforce needs.
Projects may involve collaboration with employers or other stakeholders; however, the primary basis for evaluation is improved employability outcomes, not the partnership model itself.
*Please note that applications need to be submitted in English and each individual project can only be submitted to one AWARD category . Please refer to the Terms & Conditions to learn more.
