Ahmed Abdel-Meguid is the Associate Provost for Enrollment Management at the American University in Cairo (AUC). He is a tenured professor of accounting at the American University in Cairo (AUC) School of Business – a Triple Crown school (AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA) where he teaches financial accounting and auditing courses. Alexis Matheu Pérez nació el 23 de junio de 1968 en Cuba y actualmente reside en Chile con visa de residencia permanente. Su trayectoria educativa comenzó en la Universidad de La Habana, donde obtuvo una licenciatura en Matemáticas en 1995 y una maestría en Estadística en 1997. Continuó sus actividades académicas en Chile, obteniendo un Doctorado en Educación de la Universidad SEK en 2019.

Además de sus títulos formales, Alexis ha completado varios diplomas de posgrado y especializaciones en prestigiosas instituciones. Estos incluyen un diplomado en Herramientas de Análisis Estratégico para la Gestión Organizacional en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2019), y especializaciones en Liderazgo de Procesos de Enseñanza en Matemáticas en la Universidad de Chile (2018), y Análisis Multivariado Aplicado y Big Data en la Universidad Bernardo O'Higgins (2019).

Profesionalmente, Alexis ha ocupado importantes cargos en la Universidad Bernardo O'Higgins en Chile, desempeñándose como profesor asociado y luego como profesor titular desde 2002 hasta la actualidad. Ha sido reconocido con múltiples premios a la excelencia docente tanto a nivel de pregrado como de posgrado, lo que demuestra su compromiso y excelencia en la educación.

Alexis también ha dirigido y participado en numerosos proyectos de investigación financiados, abordando temas que van desde la mejora del rendimiento de los estudiantes a través de la minería de datos hasta la implementación de modelos pedagógicos basados en los resultados del aprendizaje.

Dr. Allan E. Goodman is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of International Education, which marked its Centennial in 2019.  IIE promotes the exchange of scholars and students, rescues scholars, students, and artists from persecution, displacement, and crises, conducts research on international academic mobility, and administers the Fulbright program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. IIE collaborates with a wide range of corporate, government and foundation partners across the globe. 108 of its directors, grantees, and alumni of programs administered by IIE are recipients of Nobel Prizes.  

Dr. Goodman is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and serves on the selection committees for Rhodes and Schwarzman Scholars and has previously served on the Yidan Prize. He also serves on the Council for Higher Education Accreditation International Quality Group Advisory Council and the Board of Trustees of the Education Above All Foundation. Dr. Goodman has a Ph.D. in Government from Harvard, an M.P.A. from the John F. He received decorations for his work in promoting educational exchange and scholar rescue from the governments of France, Germany, and Norway; he received the first Gilbert Medal from the Universitas 21 Organisation.

Before joining IIE, Dr Goodman was Executive Dean of the School of Foreign Service and Professor at Georgetown University.  His books on international relations are published by Princeton, Harvard, and Yale University presses. He has served at the Department of State and the Central Intelligence Agency.

Alper Utku is the founder and president of Amsterdam Tech, a university that integrates technology with leadership development to equip students for the challenges of the digital era. He was awarded a research fellowship for six months (2021–2022), from which he was involved in seismic imaging of the Solfatara crater (Campi Flegrei caldera, southern Italy) project to detect evidence of the fluid's migration pathways in the shallow structures. He recently received a Fulbright scholarship and works in the Geophysics Lab, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. He is still affiliated with Helwan University, Egypt, as a geophysics lecturer. He won the research excellence award for PhD students (2020–2021) and the best scholar prize (2022–2023) at Helwan University, Egypt. Dr. Andreas Theodoridis is a practitioner-researcher, designer, and educator who works at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and environmental technology. He holds a PhD in Advanced Building Systems from CASE (Center for Architecture Science and Ecology), a research center of RPI based in NYC, and an MSc in Sustainable Environmental Systems from Pratt Institute. 

Dr. Theodoridis is currently focused on developing innovative hybrid phytoremediative modular ceramic systems that target air pollution in building envelopes. I am Dr. Angen May Fabro-Charcos, currently serving as an Associate Professor V at Cebu Technological University-Tuburan. Ayson Depayso is a faculty of the College of Business Administration and Education (CBEA) at Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC), La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management at the University of the Cordilleras(UC), Baguio City, Philippines. Then, she earned Professional Education Units and took the Licensure Examination for Teachers in 2017 which she passed. With her goal to share her knowledge, skills and expertise on tourism, she started her teaching career. While doing so, she enrolled Master in Business Administration at Cordillera Career Development College and graduated in 2019. Believing that "education is a continuous process", she enrolled Tourism Sustainability and Planning at Macau Institute for Tourism Studies and is pursuing Doctor in Business Administration at the University of Baguio (UB), Baguio City, Philippines. She has been working as a college instructor in various colleges for more than four years now. Aside from teaching, she also finds endeavor in the field of research. Dr. Ayu Krishna Yuliawati is an expert with over 20 years of professional research and consultancy experience. Barbara’s leadership experience within the international sector spans almost 20 years, with a deep understanding of the global and Australian policy landscape and trends in international student recruitment, partnership and student mobility. Since 2016, she has been leading the global strategic direction at Curtin University, following a 10-year tenure at a UK University. She brings a blend of strategic and tactical skills that are further enhanced by a diverse career foundation and academic background in sociology and politics. 

She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Business at the University of La Coruña (Spain). She has also been a lecturer at the University of Paris IX-Dauphine (France) and the Coordinator of the Master in Banking and Finance at the University of La Coruña.

She holds a PhD degree in Economics and Business from the University of La Coruña and she was given an Extraordinary Doctorate Award. She has completed several research stages in the Universities of Paris-Dauphine and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), being awarded a grant by institutions such as the UNESCO. She has participated in several European and national research projects and published several books related to financial topics. She has attended numerous International Conferences, and has published several research articles. 

Dr Ben Milbourn is Associate Professor, (teaching and research) in Occupational Therapy, Curtin School of Allied Health-Curtin University. Ben trained as an occupational therapist (OT) in the United Kingdom (UK), working in New Zealand, Australia and the UK practicing occupational therapy in mental health and disability contexts.  Ben undertook a PhD at Curtin University in occupational therapy, focusing on the occupational meaning of everyday activity of people who experience severe mental illness.  

Ben is Deputy Director of Curtin Autism Research Group (CARG) and is interested in research with a strong community focus, working alongside autistic individuals to promote social inclusion, well-being and positive mental health. Ben is passionate about co-produced research and developing strengths-based programs in the community.

The work of CARG is underpinned by a philosophy of "Nothing about you without you" with all projects either being co-lead or informed by autistic individuals themselves (Photovoice study co-produced with autistic adults).  CARG is fundamentally committed to impact and translation, frequently holding community and virtual events, informing the community of the latest evidence-based practice.

Ben has been successful in public, industry and teaching research grants as well as presenting his research outputs at international and national conferences. Ben was part of the team to develop a strengths-based program for autistic adolescents. This program won a prestigious local (western Australia Premier Science award) national award (Business/Higher Education Round Table (BHERT) and internationally (Entrepreneurship, Engagement & Excellence in Higher Education-Triple E) for harnessing and recognising the special talents and dedication of autistic young people.

Ben Wooliscroft is the former President of the Macromarketing Society, Inc., current Associate Editor of the Journal of Macromarketing and incoming co-Editor in Chief. He is the first Professor of Macromarketing - with research focused on the interactions between markets, marketing and society. His research appears in a wide range of journals and he enjoys supervising PhD students and seeing their academic careers develop. He is not a heavy user of social media, preferring more direct and impactful communication.

Bensaid earned his PhD from McGill University in Canada. He serves as an editorial member and reviewer for several academic journals and has published numerous research papers. Currently, he is a professor at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, where he also advises the Rector on research and quality. Previously, Bensaid held positions at Effat University and the International Islamic University of Malaysia.

Karuana Mwai is a Kenyan communication specialist in Bio and Digital Ethics at Merck KGaA,

Germany. Prior to her current role, she was a journalist in Kenya, focusing on health, climate

change, conflict and violence and other social justice issues. Her work has been recognized with

awards and residencies, such as the AU EU D4D African Journalist Competition, the Spear of

African Peace Essay Competition, and journalist-in-residence at the Institute of Tropical

Medicine in Antwerp. Karuana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication and

Beverley started her career as a Chartered Management Accountant, working for many years as a Senior Project Manager for the development and installation of  finance software for global banks.

She transitioned into teaching in 2013 and, since 2014, has been teaching  various business subjects with Swiss Education Group, primarily at the Bouveret César Ritz campus.

Beverley has also been instrumental in the improvement of online course design, embedding sustainability into the syllabi and more recently has lead the awareness training for Mental Health in Higher Education which includes the submission of Project Bold to the QS Reimagine Education awards 2023.

Beverly Laltoog is a distinguished Licensed Professional Teacher, researcher, and speaker, currently serving as an Associate Professor II at the University of Baguio (UB). Her academic journey at UB includes degrees in Political Science, Public Administration, and a Juris Doctor, complemented by advanced training in Research Leadership from De La Salle University (DLSU).

Beverly's contributions extend beyond UB, as she actively participates in professional organizations like the Asia-Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (APCORE) and the Philippine Association for the Study of Culture, History and Religion (PASCHR, Inc.). Her research focuses on Philippine Indigenous Culture, Transnational families, and community research, with particular emphasis on the Cordillera region. Her dedication to research quality and international impact is evident through her role in optimizing KABADANG Publications and participating in the CHED training workshop "CORDILLERA NEXUS," which promotes collaboration among higher education institutions. Bodhibrata Nag holds a Ph.D./Fellow degree in Operations Research and System Analysis from IIM Calcutta & Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras. He holds certifications in various areas of Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Data Sciences from The World Bank, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Georgia Institute of Technology, ESSEC Business School, University of Virginia, University of Amsterdam, John Hopkins University, Delft University of Technology and Technical University of Munich. He has received training in the case methods of teaching and case development at Harvard Business School and power projects design at Electricite de France. He has 21 years of transportation and energy industry experience and 18 years of teaching and research experience at IIM Calcutta. He has served in the Central Electricity Authority and Indian Railways in senior management positions of various bodies, including the Director of Research Design and Standards Organization of the Ministry of Railways. Dr. Bora Ozkan is an associate professor of finance at Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where he also served as academic director of the school’s Online MBA and Online BBA programs between 2018-2023. He joined the Fox School in 2014 from Tulane University, where he served as an adjunct lecturer of Economics, and Southeastern Louisiana University, where he functioned as an adjunct lecturer of Accounting and Finance.

Cameron works with the Government of Jordan and the university sector to increase the quantity and improve the quality of schoolteachers countrywide through a systems approach that integrates pre-service and in-service reforms for early grades education.  Through a holistic child-centered approach that encompasses social and emotional learning,  universal design for learning,  inclusive education, play based learning, climate-smart education, and technology the ASAS program aims to reach 1 million children and support over 23,000 teachers. 

Previously, Cameron was the Chief of Party for the Pre Service Teacher Education In Jordan program(PRESTIJ)  that successfully introduced and scaled up a post graduate teaching diploma which has significantly reduced teacher shortages and increased the quality of teaching through a high quality, intensive and accredited teaching diploma delivered by public universities.  

Prior to joining IREX Cameron spent several years reforming the higher education sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain. First, as Head of Strategy at the Ministry of Higher Education, he co-authored the first national strategy for higher education and authored the first employers-led graduate skills guide in 2014. Then as Director of Strategy for the University of Bahrain, he authored the transformation plan and established several high-profile employer and research collaborations, introduced over 20 new employer-led programs which increased graduate employment to 84% within 3 years, and led the university to its highest ever employability ranking position and global ranking. 

In the UK, Cameron was responsible for delivering such programs as the Respect Action Plan, the Youth Action Plan, young apprenticeships, the family intervention program, the review of diversity in the curriculum, and the review of child poverty while at the Department for Education and Skills. Cameron was also an advisor to the Ministry of Higher Education for Egypt, supporting the improvement of over 40 Universities in Partnership with the Egyptian Knowledge Bank

Cameron is a board member of Global Impact Initiative an NGO that supports refugees gaining valuable employment skills upon resettlement and recently co-authored the book ‘Higher Education and Skills Development in Industry 4.0’.  He holds a postgraduate certificate in change management from Birkbeck College University of London and a MSc in public policy from SOAS, University of London

Caroline Benton is currently Advisor to the President for Global Affairs of the University of Tsukuba and a professor of the university’s Institute of Business Sciences. She had been Vice President for Global Affairs and Executive Director of the university for ten and eight years, respectively, until March 2023. Her responsibilities were building global partnerships in research and education. Her research interests lie in subjective well-being, knowledge management, and global leadership. Her research projects include a 12-country study on the learning mechanism of global leadership competencies, a comparative study on global-mindedness in youth, and most recently a Japanese government-funded study on well-being and happiness in corporations.

Dr. Lim possesses a decade long experience working in higher education and has embarked her educational journey in Mainland China since 2018. . With a passion for fostering intellectual growth and a dynamic approach to pedagogy, Dr. Lim was awarded with UIC President’s Award for Teaching in 2020. Her online mass media writing course was selected as Second Prize for Online Open Course Steering Committee of Guangdong Higher Institutions (Undergraduate) - Excellent Teaching Case Study during the COVID-19 Pandemic. By integrating the value of ‘harmony in diversity’ in holistic and inclusive education, the Fundamentals of Communication course taught by Dr. Lim was named as the provincial first-class curriculum by the Department of Education of Guangdong. 

Dr. Charesma Grace Killip-Lud-ayen is a Registered Criminologist, Researcher, National

Lecturer, and Speaker. She graduated with the degrees Bachelor of Science in

Criminology (Cum Laude), Master of Science in Criminology, Doctor of Philosophy in

Developmental Education, Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education majoring in

Social Studies, and Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice with Specialization in

Criminology (Cum Laude) at the University of Baguio. She ranked number 8 in the

Licensure Examinations for Criminologists in 2004. Her stint in the academe started in

2004 as a faculty member at the University of Baguio. She became the Student Body

Adviser, Research Coordinator, Program Chair, and now the University of Baguio

School of Criminal Justice and Public Safety dean. She was constantly awarded as a

top-performing teacher at the University of Baguio and later awarded Top 1 Outstanding

Academic Head by the Private Education Retirement Annuity Association. She had

forged strong linkages and volunteered with both government and non-government

organizations. The Professional Regulation Commission appointed her as a member of

the Careers of the Progression and Specialization Program-Credit Accumulation and

Transfer System Program Management Committee. She also serves as Advisory

Sociology of Crimes, Correctional Administration, and Criminal Detection and

Investigation. As an educator, she religiously served as an advisor and counselor to

students, organizations, researchers, parents, and school staff. Her research is part of

her endeavor, leading to her various presentations and publications of research in local

and international research conferences and journals. She is a Professional

Criminologists Association of the Philippines, Inc member. She serves as an officer for

the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines, Inc. - Cordillera (Regional

Secretary) and Vice Chairperson of the Council of Criminal Justice Educators –

Cordillera. She is also an active member of the Institute of Industry and Academic

Research Incorporated, the Asia Pacific Movement for the Advancement of Pedagogy

and Research, the Asian Qualitative Research Association, and the International

Association of Scientists and Researchers. Lately, she was also recognized as a

session chairperson and jury member at the 14th International Conference on Forensic

Science organized by the International Association of Scientists and Researchers in

collaboration with the Sherlock Institute of Forensic Science, SIFS India

Dr. Ir. Che Maznah is currently a Professor at the Civil Engineering Studies, College of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Pulau Pinang Branch, Permatang Pauh Campus, Pulau Pinang and has with UiTM since 1994. She holds a Professional Engineering with Practicing Certificate (PEPC) from the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and served as the Head of the Quality Unit for the Civil Engineering Faculty at UiTM from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, she served as the Associate Director (Technician) from 2018 to 2020 and is currently the Associate Director (Civil) at the Engineering Accreditation Department (EAD) of the BEM until 2026. Dr. Che Maznah is a certified Head of Panel Evaluator for the EAD, a Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA) APEL A & C panel evaluator, and an internal auditor for Quality Management System (i-QMS) at UiTM. She is a master trainer in Outcome-Based Education (OBE), a certified Master Trainer in the CDIO Framework for Engineering Education (2012) and Training of Trainer Certificate from HRD Corp (2022). She serves as an External Examiner for Civil Engineering programs at various universities in Malaysia. She was recently appointed as an Expert in Outcome-Based Education for the ASEAN European Union Support to Higher Education in the ASEAN Region (SHARE) (2022) and Deputy Head of Engineering and Built Environment Cluster, National Council of Professors National Council of Professors (2022-2024). Dr. Che Maznah is involved in the development and review of curriculum for diploma, degree, and master programs, and has served on various committees within and outside the university. She has delivered hundreds of workshops, training sessions, and conference papers on engineering education, accreditation, and outcome-based education both locally and internationally, and is actively engaged in research, consultancy and community projects in international construction business, civil engineering, engineering education, and accreditation. She has published her work in various journals and conferences and has received numerous research and academic awards. She was a champion of AKRI2022 (Anugerah Khas YB Menteri Pengajian Tinggi: Rekabentuk Kurikulum dan Penyampaian Inovatif) under Alternative Assessment Category, entitled “An Innovative Alternative Assessment for Engineers in Society Course Integrated with SULAM and Design Thinking Approaches”. Her innovative assessment tool has also been shortlisted in the QS Reimagine Education Awards and Conference 2023 as the top 30% of the global competition.

Associate Professor Dr. Lim Chee Leong is the first notable individual from a private university in Malaysia to be awarded the prestigious National Academic Award (AAN) by the Ministry of Education Malaysia for his innovative teaching methodologies. His immense experience and capability have been most evidenced in his roles of Senior Director of Learning Innovation and Development (LID) under Centre For Future Learning, Taylor’s University. Dr. Lim has successfully raised the profile of the University in the area of learning innovation and creativity in teaching, and made Taylor’s University emerged as Champions in various Teaching and Learning related awards and competitions. 

As Director of \teaching Chris is a member of the senior leadership team of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at Lancaster University Management School. Previously, as Associate Dean for Education in LUMS (2019-2023) Chris was a member of the senior leadership team of Lancaster University during the pandemic. His leadership experiences at Lancaster include directing the Lancaster MBA and Executive MBA programmes (2010-2019). Chris is also an alumni of Lancaster having completed a Lancaster MBA (1999), a Master of Philosophy in Critical Management (2003) and a PhD in Leadership and Management (2024). External leadership experience include being a member of the Office for Students Quality Improvement Committee; an accreditation panel member for the Association of MBAs; an external examiner for the Durham University; and a Member of the Parochial Church Council of St Peters, Halliwell. Previously he held a strategic leadership role as a Non-executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Bolton at Home. Chris is a teacher, speaker, facilitator, programme designer and researcher on responsible leadership, leading, decision making and corporate responsibility.  

Dr Christian Schott is an Associate Professor of Sustainable Tourism Management at Wellington School of Business and Government, Te Herenga Waka-Victoria University of Wellington in Aotearoa New Zealand. His research interests include the impacts of tourism, climate change, education for sustainability, VR and education, and youth mobility. Christian is the Chair of the Principles of Responsible Management Education Steering Committee at WSBG and leads a trans-disciplinary project harnessing virtual reality technology to foster experiential education about sustainability and climate change, which was awarded the Gold Award in the Sustainability Category at the prestigious QS-Wharton 2020 Reimagine Education Awards. Christian has been invited to speak at the New Zealand Parliament about Sustainable and Regenerative Tourism, published extensively in high impact journals, serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Tourism Futures and Frontiers in Sustainable Tourism, and received the ‘Research Article of the Year 2018 Award’ in the highly ranked journal Tourism Recreation Research with Sochea Nhem for their article on Community-based Tourism. Christian was recently awarded a 2022 Te Whatu Kairangi | Aotearoa New Zealand National Tertiary Educator Award.

Chris' background is in music and the arts and he has worked in higher education for approaching 30 years. 

Chris is an education entrepreneur, investor and non-profit leader focused on developing and scaling initiatives and technologies that lower barriers and reduce inequalities in accessing the opportunities of the Future of Work. He founded BSD Education in 2013, an educational software and curriculum provider. BSD has grown to work with schools around the world and has teams in Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, India and the USA. Chris is an MIT/Jacobs Foundation Social Entrepreneurship Fellow, the founder of Refugeek, a non-profit focused on technology education for displaced communities, and a Director of the Young Founders School, an educational non-profit for youth entrepreneurship education. Chris currently serves as Chairman of the Kennedy School in Hong Kong.

Cindy M. Cañon is the Deputy Quality Management Representative of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University- Binalbagan Campus since 2022. She is the focal person of the university for ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) initiatives and she's also involved in International Organization for Standardization (ISO) activities. 

She has been a member of the Didactics and Multimedia Research Group (DIM) since 2007, the Mexican Council for Educational Research (COMIE) since 2017, the American Educational Research Association (AERA) since 2017, the Association for Educational Communication and Technology (AECT) and the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) since 2017.

Her research focuses on the area of factors that influence teaching and learning, digital competences, emotional education and the visual arts.

She has taught and directed thesis at bachelors, masters and doctorate level in face-to-face and distance modalities. She is the author and co-author of research articles published in national journals and chapters of academic books. She is currently a full-time Professor-Researcher in the Department of Education Sciences and Academic Director of the same department.

Claudia Susana López holds a bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree in Design with a specialization in New Technologies from UAM Azcapotzalco. Since 2010, she has collaborated at Tecnológico de Monterrey in various positions ranging from research professor, Director of the Center for Teaching Development and Educational Innovation at the Estado de México Campus, leader of the area of Experimentation and Impact Measurement of Educational Innovation, Regional Director of CEDDIEs for the Northern Region, Leader of Innovation and Strategic Intelligence for Faculty Development, and currently, she is a full-time professor in the Design Department at the Monterrey Campus, in the School of Architecture, Art, and Design (EAAD).

Her research focuses on the relationship between cognition, color, and art. During her 34 years of teaching, she has taught at various higher education institutions such as LaSalle University, Iberoamericana University, Tepeyac University, and the Autonomous Metropolitan University, among others. Over the years, she has taught more than 200 training and innovation-boosting courses for educators in over 10 institutions such as the University of Guadalajara, FIMPES, South-Central Region, Mexico; Save the Children International, Javeriana University, Colombia; Uniandes, Chile, Consortium of Brazilian Universities, UTEM, Chile, among others.

She also participates as a reviewer and judge for more than 10 international platforms such as the QS Reimagine Education Awards, the Teaching Products Evaluation Committee at Javeriana University, Chile, the Editorial Board of DIDAC, Iberoamericana University, Mexico, among others.

I am a Professor and Head of School at the University of Canterbury, where I lead the School of Mathematics and Statistics and serve on the Faculty of Engineering Leadership Team. With over 15 years experience in academia, I am deeply invested in advancing the mathematical sciences and nourishing the university ecosystem for amplifying student success and research excellence and impact.

Colin is a thoughtful leader, engaged listener, and insightful creator with a focus on intention. He has a background in operations, recruitment, and international marketing with over 25 years of experience in public and private organizations in Canada and internationally. As the face and voice of various educational institutions and organizations, he brings a systems thinking approach to projects and prioritizes people engagement and conscious holistic leadership. His expertise includes management training, international marketing, strategic planning, and ESG policies. He is passionate about connecting, creating, coaching, and communicating to drive positive change in the education and management sectors. 

Dr Colin Higgins is Professor of Management in the Deakin Business School and Associate Dean International & Partnerships in the Faculty of Business & Law at Deakin University. He has led a number of course, School, and university level innovations including micro-credentials, innovative global partnerships, assessment innovations, and innovations to program structures. As a senior Faculty, he publishes widely on sustainability reporting matters, and is Co-Editor-in-chief of 'Business & Society'. He has just completed a term as Program Chair and Division Chair of the Academy of Management.

Cristina Dreifuss-Serrano is Dean at the School of Architecture and Design, at Universidad Privada del Norte (Perú). Fellow Researcher at the Women's International Study Center (Santa Fe, NM) and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Buenos Aires. She is a teacher and lecturer in Peru and abroad, and Research Coordinator at IN-Investiga Independiente. Holds a PhD in Architecture: Theories and Projects by Università degli Studi di Roma, La Sapienza.

Dr. Dalwinder Kaur is a senior lecturer and programme coordinator at the School of Education in Manipal GlobalNxt University, Kuala Lumpur. She has about 15 years of teaching experience in the higher education industry and has graduated with a fast-track PhD in Education from the University of Malaya.

Her specialization encompasses various domains within education, including Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), teacher education, curriculum development, and educational technology.

She has also gained overseas teaching experience by teaching English in Guilin University of Electronic Technology (GUET), China. Beyond her roles in academia, she is a certified Human Resource Development Corp trainer and has extensive experience in conducting trainings and workshops in areas such as module/curriculum development, professional development, communication skills, and leadership.

She is also a United Nation's Youth Peace Ambassador and is working on her action plan on women empowerment.

Since my undergraduate training I have had an interest in research, I have excelled in participating in study groups, research groups, as a monitor of methodological and measurement subjects, obtaining not only scholarships but also academic recognition and an honor mention for academic excellence, my degree work (entrepreneurship option) was focused on a counter-day educational proposal for primary school. During my working life as an independent consultant, I participated in outsourced consultancy for the public and private sector, developing and executing social and educational intervention projects. In my postgraduate master's degree, I focused on the development, analysis, and management of social intervention projects, which led me to carry out a graduate internship with the University of Minnesota as a research assistant for the project Recovering Public Space: Violence, Migration and Informal Vending in Bogota, Colombia, under the supervision of Dr. Lorena Muñoz. As a result of this research, I developed my degree work on the Analysis of the social intervention strategy for the relocation of street vendors in kiosks of the public network for the provision of services to users of public space -REDEP in Chapinero, Bogota. On my experience in higher education, I have not only been in charge of research and measurement subjects, but I have also participated in the curricular committees of the Psychology program, developing the Master Document and the Educational Plan of the Program, as well as in the consultancy for the for the renewal of the program's registry and the high quality accreditation of undergraduate programs, the leadership of a research group and the tutoring of multiple research projects aimed at obtaining a degree at undergraduate level. In occasion of the experiences built during these years with the students I’ve accompanied, I have participated in various events and in exercises of systematization of teaching experiences.

In 2020 I obtained recognition from the Colombian Ministry of Education as a teacher who promotes the transformation of education mediated with digital technologies for the year 2021 one of my projects on active teaching methodologies, I was awarded the title of "Teacher of the transformation of education mediated with digital technologies". Other of my projects on active teaching methodologies was accepted in the first evaluation at the QS Reimagine Education Awards & Conference, and an educational experience has won the Turnitin Americas Higher Ed Awards in 2021.

Likewise, my doctoral thesis deals with the design of a course based on active teaching methodologies for 7 methodological and investigative subjects, how this type of design generates learning scenarios of higher value in comparison with traditional methodologies, and how it encourages students' motivation and interest in research. I have been invited to conduct research training sessions for research both in my university and in other institutions in Colombia.

Darren Harbutt is Head of Online Education at Bayes Business School, City University of London. He leads the development team in Bayes Digital Learning. Before this, he led the digital support team in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s Educational Development Centre. Darren is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (SFHEA) and has worked in education for 30 years, recently leading projects in digital assessment, the use of the metaverse in education and blended Learning.

I ensure that Cranfield continues to maintain its leading edge in executive development. I do this through building breadth and depth of delivery capability, by enhancing the customer experience, by fostering effective partnerships with specialist organisations, and constant promotion and enhancement of our brand. I have written two successful submissions for the European Foundation of Management & Development (EFMD) “Excellence in Practice Awards”. One was awarded Silver (2021) and the second was awarded Gold (2024). I continually improve the customer experience by developing our website, including creating content and ensuring that the customer journey (both face-to-face and virtual) is impactful for individuals and generates repeat business. I support our marketing campaigns by writing, creating and appearing in video-based collateral including programme promos, faculty webinars, interviews and teaser-trailers for development events. I increase our depth and breadth of internal expertise via coaching, mentoring, and the design and delivery of bespoke development programmes for colleagues.

I develop customised learning solutions for groups of executives. I act as the “red thread” throughout the intervention, and work in partnership with each client to embed the solution within their organisation. I discover their requirements, design and deliver the solution as part of a team which encompasses University faculty, and evaluate the impact. I have worked with clients including the Ministry of Defence, Atos, BAE Systems, HSBC, Marks and Spencer, Qatar Petroleum, QatarGas, Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, Etisalat, and UK Senior Civil Service. I am regularly asked to step in and lead projects that are struggling. I led the revival of our Senior Leader Executive Programme, an Apprenticeship Levy-funded, Business and Strategic Leadership M.Sc. I rebuilt the team and brought in a new leader to continue the successes we had achieved. This Masters level programme has now been delivered to over 300 students from corporate clients include Aon, Asda, Barclays, BBC, Jacobs, Sir Robert McAlpine and Zurich Insurance. I also deliver modules on effective influencing, negotiating, conflict-management and client engagement to our MBA and MSc students.

David W. Stewart is President’s Professor Emeritus in the Department of Marketing and Business Law at Loyola Marymount University. He is the current chair of the Marketing Accountability Standards Board (MASB: https://themasb.org). He is past Dean of the School of Business Administration and the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Riverside (UCR). Prior to joining the faculty at UCR he was the Robert E. Brooker Professor of Marketing and Chairman of the Department of Marketing in the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He also served as deputy dean of the Marshall School for five years. He serves or has served on the editorial boards of more than 20 academic journals, including the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of Public Policy and Marketing, the Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, the Journal of Advertising, the Journal of Advertising Research, the Journal of International Advertising, Review of Marketing Research, and the Journal of Interactive Marketing, among others. He is a past editor of the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, and the Journal of Public Policy and Marketing.  He also previously served as the senior associate dean for academic affairs and associate professor of marketing at the Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University and as a research manager for Needham Harper and Steers Advertising (now DDB).

Dr. Stewart holds three academic degrees in psychology: a B.A. from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, an M.A. in general experimental psychology from Baylor University, and a Ph.D. in personality psychology from Baylor University. He has published more than 350 papers and book chapters and twenty books. He has written extensively about market analysis, consumer behavior, market definition and structure, branding, marketing communication, marketing research, and marketing management. His research has examined how consumers and managers search for and use information in decision making, how to effectively communicate with consumers, how to study consumers and their behavior, and how to effectively design marketing programs. 

Dr. Stewart’s scholarship has been cited more than thirty-four thousand times and has been recognized and honored in a number of venues including his receipt of the Award for Outstanding Contribution to Advertising Research from the American Academy of Advertising, the Cutco/Vector Distinguished Marketing Educator Award from the Academy of Marketing Science, the Elsevier Distinguished Marketing Scholar Award from the Society for Marketing Advances and the American Marketing Association’s Award for Lifetime Contributions to Marketing and Society. He has also received the Chinese Scholar Marketing Association Fellow Award for Outstanding Contribution to Marketing Scholarship in China and Beyond, the Ingolstadt Legacy Award for Business and Economics in Service of Humanity, Awarded by the City of Ingolstadt and the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, and the Margaret Henderson Blair Award for Contributions to Marketing Accountability by the Marketing Accountability Standards Board. He is a Fellow of the American Marketing Association, the American Psychological Association, and the Association for Psychological Science.

Dr. Stewart has served as Vice President for Finance, Vice President for Publications, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Marketing Association. He is a past-president of the Society for Consumer Psychology, a past-chair of the Section on Statistics in Marketing of the American Statistical Association, and a past-president of the Academic Council of the American Marketing Association. He also served two terms as a member of the United States Census Bureau's Advisory Committee of Joint Professional Associations and is a past-chairman of this committee. 

Dr. Stewart has taught marketing courses to undergraduates, MBA students, Ph.D. students, and practicing managers for more than 40 years and is the recipient of numerous awards for his teaching.  He has offered executive education courses on marketing topics in more than twenty countries on

five continents. He has served as a consultant for a wide array of companies, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations. Among the companies for which he has consulted are Coca-Cola, General Motors, Visa Services, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, Hughes, Texas Instruments, Samsung, NCR, IBM, and Cadence Design Systems, among others. He has also served as a consultant to and expert witness for the Federal Trade Commission and the Office of Consumer Protection of the California Attorney General, as well as providing expert testimony before Federal and District Courts, the National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Better Business Bureau, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Trade Commission, and the International Trade Commission.

He currently resides in Spring Hill, Tennessee with his wife, Lenora.
