Dr. Adolph Vincent E. Vigor is a Filipino architect, academic, researcher, and professional leader whose work bridges architectural practice, higher education, project management, and built-environment research. He served as the Department Head of the Architecture Department of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines–Cagayan de Oro from 2023 to 2025, where he contributed to academic leadership, program development, faculty coordination, and quality assurance initiatives in architectural education.

He completed his Doctor of Technology Education degree at the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in 2023, earning an outstanding GPA of 1.03. Prior to this, he finished his Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management with Merit at the University of Liverpool in 2016. I graduated from a Teacher Training University and have 31 years of teaching experience. I have worked at both secondary schools and higher education establishments. I am now a Director of the SIU Language and Lifelong Learning Centre and a General Education Lecturer at Shinawatra University, Pathum Thani, Thailand. I am a Doctor of Economic Sciences (DSc) and Professor, currently serving as Director of the Transformation Center at Tashkent State University of Economics (TSUE), Uzbekistan. Arunkumar Thirunagalingam is a research-focused technology professional specializing in AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Enterprise Data Management. With over 15 years of experience, he has contributed extensively to the development of intelligent data systems within the financial and healthcare sectors. He currently serves as Senior Manager – Data and Technical Operations at McKesson Corporation, where he leads initiatives in AI-driven automation, cloud modernization, and enterprise analytics.

His research interests include explainable AI, machine learning for data quality, scalable governance frameworks, and intelligent automation for enterprise platforms. Associate Professor Chand is an internationally awarded educator, journalist, trainer and collaborator with over 40 years of combined experience in international leadership, academia, journalism, news/newsroom and media management. She leverages the power of journalism, education, communication and media to foster an informed society while nurturing students who go on to make significant contributions towards creating a better world through their work. 

Her global leadership in promoting transformative education and collaboration with industry and university partners has resulted in several successful projects. In 2024 she was awarded $459,339 from Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to tackle critical development challenges in Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Dr Chand established a global network and mentored 12 academic fellows from Western Sydney University’s (WSU) partner institutions across India, Indonesia, and Fiji focusing on ethical, responsible journalism and digital media storytelling to improve grassroots livelihoods.

On July 23, 2025, she was recognised for keeping India's flag high overseas, at the Library of Congress, Washington DC, USA with a gold medal and prize. On January 25, 2023, she received the Nav Rattan (nine jewels) of India, in Delhi, on the eve of India's republic day and was among nine people from a diaspora of several million Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) across the globe to receive this honour for her work in journalism, media and teaching.
Dr Chand was similarly recognised for her journalism and research at the House of Commons in London in October, 2018 with the Mahatma Gandhi Pravasi Samman award, followed by the 2019 Hind Rattan (Jewel of India) in Delhi.
She has won two Australian national awards for excellence in tertiary teaching and a Vice Chancellor’s excellence in teaching award for her role in developing hybrid online courses at WSU. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK, (2020) a Fellow of Badugulang, a WSU Centre for Excellence in University Teaching and Learning.

Dr Chand's foray into the international education landscape began in 2016 through the New Colombo Plan (Australian govt) funding. She took a group of students to Nepal on a study tour to report on the aftermath of the 2015 earthquakes. She led a similar study tour to Fiji in 2017 and one to West Bengal, India, in 2018.
In November 2025 she led a similar tour for two weeks of immersion at Bennett University in Delhi and Chitkara University in Punjab. Her students published and broadcast their works in local, national and international media. He is currently working with UKG managing the post live consulting services of the UKG Pro WFM (B2B SaaS) and leaning the AI Practice within the managed services India vertical. Aziz Mimoudi, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor and Co-founder of the Institute of Education Sciences (ISE), Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), Morocco, where he serves as Coordinator of the Technopedagogy and AI Axis. His research focuses on the design, implementation, and impact of AI-driven learning systems, with particular emphasis on their integration into educational practice and academic research.

At ISE, as Assistant Professor, he teaches and co-supervises predoctoral and Ph.D. students, with an emphasis on AI-enhanced methodologies and innovation in teaching. Prof. Dr. Bahar Baran is a full professor of Educational Technology at Dokuz Eylül University, where she also serves as the Director of the Distance Education Center. Since beginning her academic career as a research assistant, she has advanced through the ranks of assistant and associate professor, specializing in instructional design, multimedia development, distance education, and digital learning environments for both children and lifelong learning. Benjamin-Bede Ezichim Benorie is a Clinical Researcher, Creative Writer, Life Coach, Editor, and Advocate whose work exists at the intersection of public policy, addiction recovery, behavioural health, social systems, and advocacy. His interdisciplinary approach integrates lived experience leadership, empirical research, and narrative intelligence to develop dignity affirming, evidence based frameworks that influence policy, strengthen institutions, and advance social justice.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (Second Class Honours, Upper Division) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University. He is a member of ISSUP and ISSDP, and an alumnus of the Kirakira Fellowship and Aspire Leaders Program (2026).

Bora Ozkan, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Fox School of Business, Temple University, where he also serves as Academic Director of the MBA program. His teaching and research focus on fintech, financial markets, and innovations shaping business education. Dr. Ozkan is known for integrating experiential learning into his courses, including case-based teaching, real-world projects, and industry collaborations. His recent work explores the use of AI and emerging technologies to enhance student engagement and decision-making in online and hybrid learning environments.

Calvin Kinyanjui is an impact-driven electrical and electronics engineer whose work sits at the intersection of technical innovation, climate resilience, and social transformation. In his final year, this blend of technical depth, initiative, and social consciousness came into sharper focus when he was selected by the UNESCO Chair on Climate Change Resilience and Sustainability to lead a team in the UNESCO and ONEPLANET Joint WEF Hackathon, where they emerged as 1st Runners-Up. He further distinguished himself as the founder of LPGuardian, an IoT-enabled LPG safety network engineered to detect gas leaks, automatically shut off gas flow, and broadcast real-time alerts to neighbouring homes. Carla Ramírez is Director of Digital Transformation for Faculty at Tecnologico de Monterrey. Carla graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from Tecnologico de Monterrey.

She has 30 years of experience in designing and managing educational innovation projects, digital transformation, educational technology, user experience, AI for education, and developing learning spaces with new technologies.

Carlos Enrique George-Reyes holds a PhD in Educational Sciences and is a professor-researcher at the Universidad Bolivariana del Ecuador, where he directs the WISE Research Group: AI Literacy Hub. He is the creator of the Maker@Women STEM project, funded by the European Union through Erasmus+, with the participation of Latin American and European universities. He also serves as a graduate professor at the School of Humanities and Education of Tecnológico de Monterrey.

He has carried out research stays in Cuba, Finland, and Germany, and has promoted projects on emerging digital literacies, computational thinking, and educational entrepreneurship in Colombia, Guatemala, Portugal, Spain, Estonia, and Ecuador. His research lines focus on educational innovation, the evaluation of the impact of emerging technologies, and disruptive pedagogical strategies, such as Maker pedagogy.

Prof. Catherine Cheung is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). Prof. Cheung oversees student development and institutional advancement within the school. She received her PhD in Research from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow in 2006. She is a specialist in the study of Hotel and Tourism Management. She is committed to integrating sustainability into hospitality and tourism education and is the founder of the Communities of Practice of Education for Sustainable Development within the PolyU. Her research in hospitality branding examines hotels and tourism businesses can create strong brands that resonate employees. She also studied emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence of hotel employees and students. Finally, Prof Cheung has contributed to the teaching and research of Hospitality Strategies, Revenue Management and Luxury Management for 20+ years in Hong Kong.

She has authored and co-authored over 100 research papers and supervised more than 20 Doctoral students to completion. She has received two times Hong Kong Government RGC Grant Research Fund, along with other internal research and teaching grants from the Hong Kong Polytechnic university. DR. CHARESMA GRACE K. LUD-AYEN, RCrim, is the Dean of the School of Criminal Justice and Public Safety at the University of Baguio, where she has served since 2018. She is also a Professor and the Regional Secretary of the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines – Cordillera Administrative Region (PCAP-CAR), and the Vice-Chairperson of the Council of Criminal Justice Educators – Cordillera (CCJE-CAR). Dr.

Lud-ayen's academic credentials are both extensive and distinguished. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice with Specialization in Criminology (Cum Laude) and a Doctor of Philosophy in Development Education, both from the University of Baguio. She also earned her Master of Science in Criminology from the same institution, with additional units in Master of Arts in College Teaching. Her undergraduate degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Criminology (Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Science. At present, she is completing her Doctor of Public Administration, further broadening her expertise in governance and public administration.

Associate Professor Dr. Lim Chee Leong is the Senior Director of Learning Innovation and Development at Taylor’s University, Malaysia. He is a nationally recognised leader in pedagogical innovation, with over 25 years of experience in higher education. In 2014, he received the National Academic Award, Malaysia’s highest recognition for teaching and learning excellence.

Dr. Lim works strategically with academic leaders to elevate student learning through impactful, technology enabled approaches. He has led major institutional-wide initiatives, served on national e-Learning committees and international judging panels, positioning him as a change agent and thought leader in the transformation of higher education. 

Chris Corrigan is Reader (Education) in Music at Queen’s University Belfast where he teaches audio production and sound recording practice. As an active audio engineer, Chris has particular interest in recording techniques for spatial audio reproduction. His engineering work focusses primarily on contemporary acoustic and electro-acoustic music and his recordings have been released on the Mode, Delphian, Métier, Diatribe, Divine Art, Farpoint and RTÉ Lyric FM labels. Recent engineering credits include Ulster Orchestra, Fidelio Trio, National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, Yurodny, Hard Rain SoloistEnsemble, Mornington Singers, and Vanburgh Quartet.

Chris is also a composer whose work explores the intersection between contemporary compositional practice and traditional music forms, in particular the Irish and Scandinavian folk music traditions. His compositions have been broadcast on RTÉ Lyric FM and BBC Radio 3 and performed at the International Computer Music Conference and New York City Electroacoustic Music Festival. His most recent work ‘Athfhuaimniú’ premiered at the 2024 Belfast International Arts Festival performed by acclaimed Swedish duo Väsen.

Dr Christina Konstantinidou Konstantopoulou

Dr Christina Konstantinidou Konstantopoulou holds a DBA in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University. She received an MBA with Distinction in Business Administration from Kingston University and an MA in Adult Education from the Hellenic Open University. She has concluded the Interdepartmental MASTER Programme "Social Neuroscience, Social Pedagogy and Education" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), which was delivered in collaboration with the Department of Primary Education (DPE), the School of Medicine, and the Department of Biology.

Furthermore, she holds a BA Honours First Class in Business Management from Kingston University and a BH Honours First Class in Humanities in European Culture with a full scholarship from the Hellenic Open University.

She has extended work experience in the hospitality industry. For 24 years, she has worked as the General Manager of Porto Hydra Hotel (a 5-Star, 300-room hotel) with numerous awards and global distinctions. She also worked for 3 years as the General Manager of "Time Share Hellas SA" and contributed to the promotion of alternative tourism products/services. For 21 consecutive years, she served as a member of the Board of Directors of Akti Plepi S.A., which made significant contributions to the advancement of the tourism destination of the prefecture of Argolida in Greece. For 8 years, she was the Managing Director of the company "Diachiristiki S.A".

In 2018, she took over the Management of the Hospitality and Tourism Management department at BCA College, and in 2019, she assumed the role of General Manager at BCA College.

She has extensive experience in the private sector, particularly in education. She has been a Module Leader in multiple modules delivered at BCA College in partnership with Plymouth University and the University of West London. She has also worked educationally with AGSM and the Università Degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi.

Dr. Claudia S. López Cruz is a distinguished educator, researcher, and innovation leader with more than 35 years of experience in higher education, educational innovation, design, and faculty development. Her professional trajectory combines expertise in design, cognition, learning, educational technology, and strategic academic management. Her research interests focus on learning processes, color perception, cognition, and educational innovation, with a personal mission to help individuals maximize their potential through transformative learning experiences.

She currently serves as Professor at the School of Architecture, Art and Design at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey Campus, where she teaches design principles, UX, graphic design, and digital tools while mentoring students in creative problem-solving and innovation. Previously, she held major institutional leadership positions at Tecnológico de Monterrey, including Leader of Innovation and Strategic Innovation for Faculty Development, Northern Regional Director for the Teaching and Learning Centers (CEDDIEs), and Institutional Leader of Experimentation and Impact Measurement of Innovation across the university’s 32 campuses. In these roles, she coordinated large-scale educational innovation projects involving thousands of professors and students and managed multimillion-dollar budgets dedicated to transforming teaching and learning processes.

Dr. López Cruz has extensive experience in curricular redesign and educational innovation. She has designed and implemented undergraduate and graduate academic programs for several Mexican universities, integrating interdisciplinary approaches, blended learning models, and educational technologies. Her expertise includes qualitative and quantitative educational research, faculty development strategies, onboarding systems for adjunct faculty, educational innovation assessment, and the development of pedagogical training frameworks.

Her academic background includes a PhD in Design specialized in New Technologies from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), a Master’s degree in Design with concentration in New Technologies, a specialization in Hypermedia, and certifications in Project Management and Marketing. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in her doctoral, master’s, and specialization programs.

As a researcher and author, Dr. López Cruz has published articles, conference proceedings, books, and book chapters focused on educational innovation, digital learning, color perception, cognitive experiences, educational assessment, and design. Her work has been presented internationally in conferences in Canada, Colombia, Mexico, and Spain. Doctorate (PhD) in Educational Sciences and a Master's degree in Social Studies, is a psychologist by undergraduate training, is currently a candidate in Sociology, and has been recognised as a Junior Researcher by the Colombian Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MinCiencias). Her interdisciplinary expertise has been applied across university teaching, research, curriculum development, and academic quality management, including support for high-stakes accreditation processes and qualified registry applications. As an educator, she has taught courses in psychometrics, research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative), educational psychology, and conflict resolution in undergraduate and graduate programs in Psychology, Sociology, and Social Work. Her teaching practice is characterised by the integration of active methodologies, digital technologies, and formative assessment to promote student agency and self-regulated learning. Dean Riley is an education leader with nearly two decades of experience creating transformative learning experiences that connect classrooms with the natural world. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Physics with Space Science & Technology, a PGCE in Secondary School Physics, and an MBA in Educational Leadership, Dean combines academic rigour with real-world innovation.

Before joining Hero Experiences Group as General Manager of Absolute Adventure, Dean played a leading role in shaping the education programme of Expo 2020 Dubai and later Expo City Dubai. Assoc Professor Srinivasan Dinesh Kumar is a distinguished academic and educator at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS Medicine). Currently serving as the Medical Science Lead for Cardiovascular System Block and Lead of Continuing Education and Training (CET), he is actively involved in developing curricula and modules for both undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. Dr Chandan Kumar Panda is an Assistant Professor-cum-Junior Scientist in the Department of Extension Education at Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour. Hi, I’m Eesha! An interior architect, educator, and an explorer of spaces and stories. My journey began in practice, designing spaces that blend function and feeling. But I soon found myself asking deeper questions; That curiosity led me to specialize in interior architecture and spatial psychology and, eventually, into the world of academia. Today, I teach at the intersection of design and human experience while also helping build global bridges as the Head - International Relations at the School of Arts and Design. AEE operates in partnership with AUDA-NEPAD at the intersection of strategy, advocacy, and execution. I created the Africa Pavilion at Bett UK — bringing African edtech to the world's largest education technology show and placing the continent's builders in the same room as global investors, publishers, and policymakers. I continue to serve as the official Africa Agent for Bett, driving African participation across exhibitor, sponsorship, and delegate channels. Dr. Eva Marie Codamon-Dugyon is the esteemed University President of Ifugao State University (IFSU) and a Professor VI. With a robust academic background, she holds a PhD by Research Work from Nueva Vizcaya State University, a Master of Arts in English Language from St. Mary’s University, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Lyceum of the Philippines University. 

As the first woman president of IFSU, she advances inclusive governance, cultural integrity, and institutional transformation-demonstrating how empowered women leaders can elevate universities to global prominence while remaining deeply rooted in community values.

With over two decades of service, Dr. Dugyon has held strategic positions in extension, management information systems, and planning, shaping IFSU’s institutional growth agenda. Dr. Jordan Srour is a Professor of Operations Management in the Adnan Kassar School of Business at the Lebanese American University (LAU) with a diverse set of publications at the intersection of machine learning and the social sciences.  In addition to her role as an academic, Dr. Srour serves as Assistant Provost for Educational Resources and Innovation. In this capacity, she leads LAU's Center for Innovative Learning, a space for faculty to explore the development, use, and dissemination of Ed Tech in higher education.

Dr. Fadi Abdelfattah is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Business and Economics at the Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS), Oman. He is an active researcher with expertise in consumer behaviour, entrepreneurship, sustainability, healthcare management, technology adoption, leadership, and artificial intelligence in business.

He has a strong research record that includes more than 80 peer-reviewed and indexed publications, multiple funded research projects, extensive graduate supervision, and broad scholarly engagement through editorial roles, conference leadership, and academic service. His work has been published in reputable international outlets and addresses topics of practical and policy relevance, particularly in relation to innovation, sustainable development, and Oman-focused research.

Through his research, Dr. Abdelfattah contributes to advancing academic knowledge, supporting institutional research excellence, and promoting applied scholarship with national and international relevance.

Faiz I. Anuar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Tourism Management at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Kampus Puncak Alam, Selangor. He imparts knowledge on tourism innovation, technology, philosophy of tourism, event planning, event sponsorship, and event marketing. He earned his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University, USA. His research explores the intersection of technology and tourism, focusing on virtual, augmented reality (VR/AR) technology, social media, Smart Tourism Technologies, and the development of digital tourism innovation in Southeast Asia. He also has a strong interest in heritage tourism and destination marketing management. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Faiz serves as an Apple Professional Learning Specialist (APLS), an educator uniquely qualified to demonstrate how to best use Apple technologies for learning and teaching. In this role, he coaches, mentors, and supports educators through both onsite and virtual professional development engagements, helping them enhance teaching practices through innovative uses of Apple products.

Fang Chen (Charlene) is a social entrepreneur and creative strategist with over 12 years of experience driving cross-sector environmental communication and systemic innovation. Formerly managing global campaigns for Fortune 500 brands, she co-founded ANOTHER_ in 2018. This research-driven agency translates complex ecological challenges into actionable public programs and sustainable business solutions.  Her flagship initiative, Variark ("An Ark for Variable Natures"), represents a strategic evolution in bio-cultural preservation. Following a successful first phase that provided systemic arts and nature education to over 10,000 youths across 14 rural schools, Variark has scaled into a transnational infrastructure for bio-cultural diversity. Today, it operates as a bidirectional hub, extracting Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) from climate-vulnerable regions and translating indigenous wisdom into globally recognized nature-positive assets and transformative educational frameworks.  Recognized for her ability to architect systems that bridge scientific rigor, cultural heritage, and educational innovation, her studio recently emerged as the sole Asian recipient of both the Green Product Award and the Women Leading Change Award. She brings her deep expertise in evaluating sustainable impact and scalable learning models to the judging panel of the 2026 QS Reimagine Education Awards.  

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Farah Mohamad Zain is a Senior Lecturer in Educational Technology at School of Education, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She currently serves as the Chief Editor for the International Journal of Education, Islamic Studies and Social Research (IJEISR). She has managed to involve in 22 research grants (8 as Principal Investigator, 14 as Co-investigator) funded by university, national and international grant.  Her research areas and interest include digital content development, instructional technology, scholarship of teaching and learning, integration of AI-powered tools and augmented reality. Farhin Ahmed is a social entrepreneur, youth leader, and founder of Inside Global - a Bangladesh-based impact platform that leverages emerging technologies to expand access to inclusive education, healthcare awareness, and mental well-being initiatives for underserved communities. His work focuses on bridging digital and social inequities through immersive learning experiences in STEM education, digital literacy, mental health advocacy, and community empowerment. Through collaborations with educators, public-sector stakeholders, and youth networks, he has led initiatives reaching thousands of students and community members across Bangladesh through technology-driven social impact programs.

Her focus is on internationalization of higher education; interactive learning environments, technology-enhanced learning, student inclusion, student wellbeing and flourishing, international student support, instructional design, curricular integration, sustainability in education, and faculty development in these areas. 

She is an associate professor of pathology, and serves as the Coordinator of International Students at King Salman International University, South Sinai, Egypt; seconded from the Faculty of Medicine, Capital (Formerly, Helwan) University, Cairo, Egypt. She has experience working in six other universities along her teaching career in medical, dental, and nursing colleges.

She is a Fellow for the International FAIMER Institute, Philadelphia, USA; an associate Fellow of the Association for Medical Educators in Europe ( AMEE, UK); and serves as Ambassador for the International Association for Medical Science Educators ( IAMSE, USA), and is a member of many other international and Egyptian scientific associations. 

She was selected three times in the international Power List 2025, 2024 and 2022 produced by The Pathologist magazine (UK, USA) among the 100 most inspiring pathologists worldwide for her distinct efforts in the pathology education field, being a champion of change. She has many international publications in the education as well as pathology fields, planned and presented many international workshops in prestigious educational conferences, including the AMEE (UK), IME (USA), APMEC (Asia-Pacific region), TUFH, and IMEC. She has peer-reviewed many educational articles for international journals and evaluated submissions for international educational conferences, including the annual ASME (UK) and AMEE (UK) conferences. Fawaz Qasem is an Associate Professor at the Department of English language and literature, University of Bisha, Saudi Arabia. He received his MA in TESL and  Ph.D. in Linguistics and Phonetics from the English and Foreign Languages University.

I Have more than 20 years of experience in Plant Protection. He is capable of conducting studies in the fields of medical entomology and insect taxonomy, as well as in insect ecology, population dynamics, and integrated pest management. His Ph.D. dissertation was in the field of taxonomical and ecological studies on insects associated with animal carcasses in Jordan, forensic entomology, and modelling. In addition, he served as dean's assistant for planning and developing and quality during 2006-2016. In the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Al-Balqa' Applied University, Salt. Jordan, performing missions of preparing curriculum for the bachelor’s degree, preparing institutional accreditation, preparing academic program accreditation, and applying an evaluation matrix for quality assurance of university academic programs and instructors. Then nominated to be the directory assistance of the board consultations, studies, and training center (CSTC) at Al Balqa Applied University to establish a strategic plan and implement a management system lead to obtain ISO 29993 in CSTC for international accreditation. In May 2019, the unvisited president assigned him as director assistance in the development and quality assurance center as technical manager for the university application to the King Abdullah Award for Excellence (KAA) in addition to his previous position in CSTC. He is also an active member in different international projects and quality management and coordination of leadership and strategic planning, such as MiMir project with Erasmus and the European Union. Also, project research leader in “Design and Program the Virtual Platform for Information Collection, Processing, Analysis and Dissemination for Rio Convention-Related Information (UNFCCC, CBD, UNCCD) in Jordan” with UNDP and the Ministry of Environment, working in a biodiversity study of environmental impact assessment related to fauna. Also, coordination in several projects such as “Strengthening skills development for wastewater treatment and reuse in agriculture in a recently established higher TVET programme in Jordan (WATRA)”, funded by the Orange Knowledge Programme | NUFFIC, and developing the INTERNISA network of synergies to increase the number of digitally skilled women employed in the ENI CBC MED territories via matching demand and supply in the labor market.

Finally, I work established at the Learning and Teaching Technology Center (LTTC) offering a portfolio of programs and services to advance teaching and learning. LTTC promotes inclusive learning and teaching practices to improve the teaching and learning at BAU and define and measure the intended learning outcomes (ILOs) for BAU program.

Heather has a 30 year career in hospitality business management education. Holding a BA (Hons) in Hotel and Catering Management, an MSc in International Tourism Management and a Postgraduate qualification in Advanced Academic Practice, she is currently Principal at the new BHMS campus in Zurich, Switzerland. She has extensive experience in international academic partnerships, curriculum development and leadership of both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Heba El Kamshoushy is an Assistant Professor at the University of Niagara Falls Canada in the Master of Arts in Digital Media and Global Communications program. A TEDx speaker , researcher and curriculum developer specializing in digital media, and UI/UX, visual communication, she brings more than two decades of teaching experience across diverse academic institutions. With a PhD in Graphic Design and Communication, she has built an extensive career in higher education, interdisciplinary curriculum design, and experiential learning. 

Hema works at the intersection of education, equity, literacy, and social impact, with extensive experience supporting children and youth from disadvantaged communities across Malaysia, the United Kingdom, India, and Nepal. She leads and develops research-informed education initiatives, including Projek BacaBaca, a reading intervention for children from low-income communities, and The Night School Project, a teacher development programme for educators in refugee learning centres. She is also a founder of Muslim Women in Tourism & Hospitality (M.WiTH), and founder of Halal, Sustainability and Inclusive Tourism (HaSIM) Forum.

She holds a Ph.D. from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and CHE (Certified Hospitality Educator) from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.

She has served as Head of Tourism and Hospitality at several Indonesian tourism institutions (BINUS, BINUS International, Bunda Mulia University). Her research focuses on tourist behaviour, Muslim tourists, Halal tourism, tourism sustainability, and tourism education, with several of her works receiving academic awards and published in various reputable international journals, book chapters, and books. Her latest book is titled “Halal and Islamic Tourism: Exploring the Landscape and the Muslim Traveller’s Journey”.

She is also a member of the editorial board of several reputable international tourism journals and has been a speaker at various national and international tourism events.

Dr. Hidayatullah bin Mohammad Ali is a Malaysian aerospace engineer and academician whose career blends technical expertise with a passion for educational transformation and social impact. Holding a PhD in Aerospace Engineering, his work spans interdisciplinary research, industry partnerships, and higher education leadership, championing an approach where engineering becomes a tool to address real-world challenges.

Dr. Hidayatullah’s mentorship extends far beyond university students reaching school students and young professionals across ASEAN and internationally, many of whom actively seek his guidance. His mentoring philosophy focuses on nurturing critical thinking, creativity, and ethical leadership, grounded in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. This reflects his belief that education should empower learners to grow into what he envisions as “MindShaper, TechExplorer, and ImpactCreator.”

Reflecting this philosophy, Dr. Hidayatullah often shares:

In recognition of his dedication to educational innovation, he was appointed in 2025 as a Judge for the QS Reimagine Education Awards, a global platform celebrating transformative ideas in teaching and learning, and is currently serving his second year in 2026. Beyond academia, he actively contributes to interdisciplinary research, STEM outreach, and community-driven projects that align engineering practice with sustainability and societal good.

Hj Zadil Hayat Bin Hj Kassim is a secondary school chemistry teacher from Brunei Darussalam with over 20 years of teaching experience and a strong passion for artificial intelligence in education. He is the creator of ChemBuddy Supreme+, an AI-powered adaptive chemistry learning platform that combines multi-agent tutoring, learning analytics, accessibility features, and closed-loop instructional intelligence to personalize STEM education.  

Beyond teaching, he is an independent AI innovator, researcher, and competition finalist, with international recognition through platforms such as QS Reimagine Education, ITU AI for Good, NVIDIA Inception, and IEEE-related initiatives. His work focuses on adaptive learning systems, educational AI, and inclusive digital learning, with a particular interest in how intelligent systems can emulate reflective teaching practices to improve student outcomes.  

As a solo builder and educator, Hj Zadil continues to bridge classroom pedagogy with advanced AI systems, aiming to make chemistry learning more accessible, engaging, and intelligent for students worldwide.

Dr. LEUNG Hoi-yung, Iceman is an Assistant Professor at the School of Culture, Creativity and Management and the Director of the Entrepreneurship Cooperation Center at Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University. He graduated in EdD (Psychometrics) in Education University of Hong Kong. From this research background and experience, Dr LEUNG will support the QS Reimagine Education Awards judging panel a unique interdisciplinary expertise spanning psychometrics (Rasch/IRT), biometrics (iMotions certification), and arts and design management support.

His core research focuses on "The New Constructs of Measuring Creativities" and the development of objective measurement scales to evaluate student creativity. A distinguished authority in educational assessment, Dr. LEUNG has served as a Chief Examiner and Assessor for high-stakes international and local examinations, including the International Baccalaureate (IB) and the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) in Visual Arts. He also contributed to academic and vocational standards as a Subject Specialist for the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) from 2006 to 2012.

Dr. LEUNG possesses extensive judging and industry experience. He is an International Jury member for the A’ Design Awards (Italy) and has served on the judging panel for the Hong Kong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition since 2013. Furthermore, he is a former Chairman of the Hong Kong Design Community, founder of the Hong Kong Design Directory, and an Adobe Certified Educator (2012) with professional experience in training visual communication professionals. His deep understanding of both objective measurement and creative pedagogy makes him exceptionally qualified to evaluate educational innovation.

Dr. Kouyoumdjian is a tenured professor and a former associate dean of curriculum and pedagogy from York University, Toronto, Canada. He brings the best of two worlds of chemistry and education research experience. He has published in different scientific journals and has acquired experience in leadership roles at York University and other institutions. After receiving his BSc in Chemistry, he pursued his MSc from the American University of Beirut (AUB) in Atmospheric/Environmental Chemistry. He received his PhD in Nano-Organic Chemistry from Michigan State University (MSU) working on developing carbohydrate-functionalized, nanoparticle vehicles for early detection of Alzheimer’s Disease via Magnetic Resonance Imaging. He was one of the fellows of the MSU Future Academic Scholars in Teaching (FAST) and received several teaching awards like the MSU Excellence-In-Teaching Citation. He pursued his postdoctoral research fellowship in Chemical Education at MSU working on Discipline Based Education Research (DBER). He worked on developing evidence-based tools for enhancement of chemistry teaching and learning. After joining York University, he worked on developing effective instructional strategies to enhance students’ conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. His current focus is on curriculum transformation using design-based research cycles.

Hugh has worked in education senior management, both in the UK and internationally, for over 25 years, most recently in the MENA region. His commitment to the education sector stems from a deep-rooted belief in its transformative power.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Educators, and a Senior Advisor at the Halpin Partnership. He is also a mentor to Oxbridge candidates in the UAE and to current students at the University of Oxford and the University of St Andrews.

He previously held roles as a Non-Executive Director of a US/Zimbabwean charity, a school governor, and the Chair of the Academy Council at a UK secondary school.

I am Eder Carrera, and I am a passionate professor about the application of chemical engineering in sustainability issues. My dedication to this field is reflected in my constant search for innovative solutions to environmental challenges through the use of science and technology. In addition to my commitment to chemical engineering, I am passionate about the area of educational innovation. I am constantly seeking new ways to capture my students' attention and help them find the best way to learn the content. I firmly believe in the importance of keeping students engaged and motivated in the learning process.

In my classroom, I do not settle for traditional teaching methods. I use interactive approaches, cutting-edge technology, and hands-on projects to involve my students in learning. My goal is to inspire them to explore and discover their passion for chemical engineering and sustainability while developing critical skills to tackle real-world challenges.

In 2020, I was also shortlisted, together with a team of professors, at the QS Reimagine Education Awards in the Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) category, recognizing our work in innovative educational experiences through immersive technologies.

I have more than 13 years of experience at the National University of Agriculture, where I have worked in academic, administrative, and institutional development roles.
